St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church's Sunday School helps kids (ages 4-11) know that God loves them, Jesus is always with them, and His Spirit helps them to be kind, brave, and full of good fruit in everyday life. Through simple Bible teaching, crafts, and games, they will practice kindness and forgiveness, learn to trust God when life is hard, and bring their worries to Him, knowing that nothing can ever stop His love for them.

Some examples of verses that they will cover are:

  • Matthew 28:20 - Jesus is always with us
  • John 3:16 - Jesus gives us eternal life with God
  • Ephesians 4:32 - God shows us how to forgive
  • Galatians 5:22-23 - The Holy Spirit works through us
